Very difficult to install and it constantly interrupts my Plantronics Bluetooth Ear Piece.
If I want to open the app without Bluetooth, I can't I am sure that the app need cx and ux expert asap
App is missing from my phone but Google play seems to think that it is installed on my device right now. Well why isn't it listed on my android phone. Can't use what I can not find. Eufy site chat knowledge base hasn't any way today for me to find answers nor actually live chat with a person. Guess I need to get some other brand smart scale.
It is very poor to be honest. Very difficult to see progression in weight loss with time. A lot of data but no monthly summary or averages of weight or weekly version. Garmin gives more visually appealing information
Problems with Accuracy & connecting to members
Share the results in pdf file better than screenshot all the pages kindly fix this issue
I really enjoy all the metrics it gives me, but I'd like to see visualizations of my progress over time. It would be best to allow me to export all of the data. They might also be in violation of GDPR for not allowing me to download my data.
It gets the job done with no frills and no issues! I wish its "trends" section would go further than just a week.

This is a decent app for weight measurement but there are a lot of problems with accuracy. Rounding errors lead to 2+2=5 situations. A high muscle mass and normal bone mass will add up to a low lean body mass. If you just want something to track your progress from week to week it's fine, but trying to use it for accurate measurements would be a mistake.
